I am not big into beer but I think it’s cool to visit a brewery. There are many NJ/NY breweries to visit but I thought I’d start with the one closest to me, NJ Beer Co.https://njbeerco.com/
I took the light rail to the Tonnelle Ave stop and walked a few blocks to 43 Street where the brewery is located. If you would prefer to drive there is parking available. Just remember to drink responsibly.
There were 12 different craft beers to choose from in this half brewery half tasting room warehouse. You could purchase a flight, pint, growler, individual cans and 6 packs. The beer names were hip and area related.
I chose a flight. The tasting room was pretty busy so I made my way to the back and noticed a nice selection of games. I picked a game grabbed a couple of folding chairs and enjoyed my brews.
I did not take the tour but it is my understanding that they offer an informative guided tour for free.
If you are in the area check this place out.
